If something went wrong with a file, tell us which tool you used and roughly what happened. Please do not send the file itself unless we ask — and never send anything confidential.
Privacy requests
We do not keep your files or anything that identifies you, so there is usually nothing to look up or delete. If you have a question about your data anyway, the same address reaches us. The privacy policy explains exactly what is and is not recorded.
