How it works

  1. Step 1

    Drop a PDF

    Drag up to 15 PDFs onto the page, or browse for them. Each can be up to 25 MB.

  2. Step 2

    Rearrange the pages

    Click Organize pages to see every page as a thumbnail. Drag them into the order you want and remove any you do not need.

  3. Step 3

    Apply and download

    Nothing changes until you apply — and the original stays untouched, so you can organize the same file again from scratch.

How organizing works

Every edit is described as a page order, and it is always applied to your original upload rather than to the last result. That means organizing the same file twice gives what you asked for both times, instead of shuffling an already-shuffled document.

Questions

Can I reorder and delete in one go?
Yes — drag pages into the order you want and remove any you do not need, then apply once. Both happen in the same step.
Can I get a deleted page back?
Yes. Removing a page only takes it out of the list you are building — the original is untouched until you download, and "Reset" brings every page back.
Can I organize a password-protected PDF?
Yes. Enter the password when asked, the same as PDF Slim. It is used once to open the file and is never stored.
